We provide full training including a paid 3-day company induction and intoductory visits to our clients.

The ideal candidate:

- Will have excellent interpersonal, listening & communication skills

- Will have previous experience of care, but is not essential as training is provided

- Will hold a full UK driving license and have access to their own vehicle (mileage is paid)

- Will be calm, professional, compassionate and have excellent attention to details

- Will work well under pressure without loss of accuracy or consistency

- Will be a proven quick learner with a drive to succeed and achieve as part of an Outstanding team

Staff Benefits:

- £13.31 per hour

- Increased weekend rate, an extra 25p per hour.

- Paid mileage at 40p per mile
