Home Care Assistant

Bluebird Care Gosport are seeking kind and caring Full-Time and Part-Time Home Care Assistants in Gosport, Stubbington, Locks Heath and surrounding areas.  Experience is desirable, but not required as full training will be provided.

As this is a mobile role, you must possess a Full UK Driving Licence and your own car.

We provide care 7 days a week and have various positions to offer, including, Mornings from 7am, Afternoons from 2pm, Evenings up until 10pm & Weekends.

 

As a Care Assistant, you are an essential part of our organisation. You will become an integral part of our customer’s lives; providing safe, reliable, one to one homecare that meets their required needs.   This is a highly rewarding role, where you will be making a positive difference to our customer’s lives and your local community.

Prior care experience is not required with this role; you just need to be compassionate and caring with a passion for delivering high levels of customer service. You will undergo training and be given on-going mentoring to ensure you are working to your best capability.

 

You will work as part of an award-winning team and the option to work flexibly around your lifestyle. Please note, a full, clean UK driving license is required, as well as access to your own vehicle.

We warmly welcome individuals who have Care Assistant and/or Support Worker experience. We have also recruited people who have previously worked as a Hotel Receptionist, Cleaner, Sales Assistant and/or Retail Assistant as they had fantastic transferable skills to become a great Healthcare Assistant.

 

**WE PAY TRAVEL TIME** Please note the hourly rate includes 10% travel time, which is paid separately in care assistant pay.
